My stay experienced a couple of notable drawbacks. the housekeeping seemed somewhat lacking. amenities were not consistently replenished. We frequently ran short on drinking water (they supplied a miserly amount).

the reception team greeted me warmly! the room was lovely and clean, and i found the modern facilities excellent. the hotel connects directly to gallery mall, and i found this very convenient. the breakfast was superb, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

excellent stay at this gem!

great location generous room attentive staff delicious pastries

the location was superb, near the galleria mall (i really enjoyed the easy access). the room size was generous, offering plenty of space. i found the in-room dining staff very attentive and quick. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide array of choices and attentive staff (the fresh pastries were a delight!).

The air conditioning was slightly off. It needed a small adjustment . it was addressed quickly but did affect my sleep a little.

the location was convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the room itself provided ample space. the comfort level suited my needs for a few nights..

the pool area proved quite disappointing. it lacked sufficient shade. finding a comfortable spot became a daily challenge. it disrupted the tranquility.
